We start by watching.

    A day at your place, following the real work. We open the files, we read the emails, we look at who is waiting for what. What costs the most is almost always the thing nobody thinks to mention.

  2. We write down what we will build

    What goes in, what comes out, what stays manual, and what we will not do. You read it and correct it before a single line of code exists.

  3. We build in pieces that are useful

    The first piece runs at your place within weeks, not at the end of the project. We correct against real work rather than a mock-up, and you can see it coming.

  4. We keep it running

    Once it is in place, software lives: it goes down sometimes, it always changes. Building is paid for once, running is paid for monthly, and it pays for the service.

What stays yours

Everything, the code included.

  • The code of your software comes back to you, and the terms are written into your contract.
  • Your data lives in your own hosting, in Europe, exportable at any time in a format that opens without us.
  • If you stop working with us, the software keeps running. You do not lose the right to use what you have paid for.
What we do not do

We will tell you if the software already exists.

When a product on the market does the job, it will cost less than us and it will be ready next week. We say so and we stop there. We build when nothing fits, or when bending what exists would cost you more than writing it.
