1. Data controller

2. Data collected

We collect the following data:

  • Name
  • Company (optional)
  • Email address
  • Phone (optional)
  • The content of the message you write
  • The text you write on the home page, sent to the model provider to produce the answer shown. We do not keep it: it is written neither on our servers nor in our logs. The provider keeps it for about thirty days to detect abuse, then deletes it
  • Your device's IP address, the page requested and your browser, recorded automatically by the web server and kept for fifteen days

3. Purposes of processing

  • Handling demonstration and contact requests
  • Provision of automation, artificial intelligence integration and software development services
  • Compliance with our legal obligations

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures, or our legitimate interest.

5. Retention period

Data is kept for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, and for a maximum of 3 years after the last contact.

The web server's access logs are kept for fifteen days.

6. Hosting and security

The site's data is hosted in Germany, within the European Union, by Hetzner Online GmbH. Messages sent through the contact form are routed by our email provider.

Traffic to and from the site is encrypted (HTTPS).

7. Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights:

8. Processors

To operate our services, we use the following processors:

  • Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany) - website hosting.
  • Migadu - routing of messages sent through the contact form.
  • OpenAI Ireland Ltd (Ireland, with processing in the United States) - writing of the answer shown on the home page, from the text you write there.
